While most people groan at the thought of wasting their time answering questions like "how can we make your experience better," please understand that customer surveys can be a vital component in advancing your business. I know that we all like to think that we provide the best service or products in our businesses, but in truth, it's very likely that we are missing vital components that would completely fill our customers needs. SO, how do we make online surveys more appealing? Send out the word through social media: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc. Even give incentives for taking the survey, such as coupons, giving chances to win prizes, and even free products. Whatever you decide, know that it will ultimately bring more success to your business.
